My FIRST MEAL PREP!!! Pics

Take a look!!

I did my first full on meal prep yesterday and am SOOOO proud of myself. Everything tastes great, everything except the turkey sausage patties are homemade and I am pleased. Hope you will try your own version of this - keeps you on track.

Oh! And just so you know, here are the food items:

oatmeal made w water
boiled egg whites
turkey sausage patties
salad w/ kale, chicory, brussel sprouts, edamame, broccoli, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries & golden tomatoes
lentil stew w italian sausage and brown rice
grilled chicken
raw portabello mushroom
spinach sauteed in EVOO
fairy tale and butten nut squash sauteed in coconut pit w connamon and agave
quinoa w green onions, cranberry and edamame
sauteed green beans and mixed greens
roasted bell pepper stuffed with ground turkey and FETA

    My husband and I prep our lunches for the week each Sunday afternoon. I also prep my breakfasts. Sure is nice to be able to grab n go in the mornings and know that you will still be on track as well. The week we didn't prep, and I had to make them each morning, was awful. Seemed to always be running behind all morning that week.
