My guess would be you're not eating the right foods. You shouldn't eat your exercise calories if you're trying to lose weight. The weight loss is in the deficit. Try avoiding starchy foods and eat fresh fruits and veggies. Don't skip meals and definitely be sure to have breakfast.. .even if it's just a cup of coffee to get your metabolism going.0

I've noticed that my diet has been pretty high in fat. Carbs moderate. I'm going to try and get more complex carbs in instead to see if that helps. I actually prefer them anyway!0
