I am looking for an exercise dvd which I can do at home. Nothing to hard as still not recovered from my op. Can anyone recommend any. Want one that is a bit up beat. Otherwise I will end up falling asleep. I can't afford to go to the gym. And can't always go out for walks. Please help. :) x

    There is always Zumba. For low intensity you could do Walk Away The Pounds

    I love Leslie Sansone. I have her DVD that has 1,2,3 and 4 mile walks. It was under $10 on Amazon. I really like it.
