Struggling to make my calories

Upped them today in the hope I would eat more but appetite seems to have decreased quite dramatically. I even ate half a jumbo sized cookie today just to increase them a bit. Just don't seem to be very hungry. Yep I know many people would think this was great but I'm finding it hard to even make 1200 a day right now and am a little perturbed. Am going to try and force some yoghurt down later but I really don't fancy it. Anyone else had this issue?

Just looked at your diary and you can easily add calories without eating tons of food. Cook your chicken in a tablespoon of healthy oil. Use oil and vinegar to dress your lunch salads. Stop using light cheese and use full fat. Add a handful of nuts to your snacks. Add avocado to your pita or salads. Add nuts or seeds to your salads. Drink a smoothie as a snack made from yogurt (NOT fat free yogurt) and fruit. Instead of crispbread eat a night slice of toasted whole grain bread.
