Portobello Mushroom Burgers

I am making this tonight so I can't promise how these turn out but they sounds delicious and the pictures of them from where I got the recipe looks delectable!
Ingredients
1 tbsp. EVOO
3 1/2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 portobello mushrooms
2 hard rolls
2 tbsp. mayo
1 lemon wedge
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
1 pc. mozzerella cheese
1 cup baby spinach
Take one tbsp of EVOO, 3 1/2 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp of italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper and mix well.
Place 2 Portobello mushrooms in ziplock bag and marinade for 30 minutes.
Take 2 hard rolls (hard so that the juice from the mushroom doesnt make them too soggy) and cut in half. Place on foreman grill until lightly browned.
Mix 2 tbsp. mayo, 1 lemon wedge squeezed, and 1 tbsp. dried rosemary together to create herb mayo for spread.
Spread on bun when nice and warm.
Put mushrooms on Foreman.
Take mushrooms off when warmed up, put 1 pc. mozzerella cheese on top, put baby spinach on bun, put mushroom on bun......DELICIOUS! Hopefully...haha.
Calories 312 Carbs 20 Fat 23 Protein 11 for one burger.

I love mushrooms they are awesome and these sound great. Dr Andrew Weil made his own food pyramid and mushrooms are there own food group on it and I love mushrooms so much I don't even think that's weird!0

sounds delicious!! At the restaurant I work at we actually mince button mushrooms and turn them into patties (with other things of course) and those are our mushroom burgers!0
