Timing meals?

I really like eating at night. I've got into the habit of having only about 300 cals (good, nutritious, real food) each for breakfast and lunch, and a couple of very small snacks. Then in the evening I can push the boat out a bit, have a glass of wine, a nice meal (again, real food) and snack a bit in the evening. I feel fine during the day - certainly if I got weak or shaky I'd eat more, no question. So, is this OK? Can I save up most of my calories for the evening? Or is there a problem with this?

I have about 10lb to go, I eat 1700, exercise 5-6 times a week. I've not lost for a while, but I've taken to lifting so I'm gaining lean mass, and really I'm fine with where I'm at - this is the first time in my life (I'm 45) that I've ever had regular exercise, so I'm really enjoying the added energy.

I think it sounds fine to me. I do the same thing. I NEED to have my snacks at night and can't go to bed hungry!

yup me too. I literally eat 75% of my calories for the day between about 6pm and 11pm. Then go to bed.
