I'm getting ready to train for the Bike MS ride on May 5th. I'm doing day 2 which is 66 miles (from Frisco to Texas Motor Speedway).
I've never rode that far and wanted to know what are some good train techniques for rides that long. My longest ride to date is 40 miles.
Thanks for the feedback.

This will sound silly, but take it from me (an experienced cyclist -- multiple century rides, races, etc.):
Ride lots. That's about as basic as it gets. If you can do 40 you can do 66.
Also, good shorts, but you probably knew that part already. And chamois cream.0 -
