How many exercise calories should I eat back?

Currently MFP has me eating 1620 calories per day. As an example I burned 700 calories for a 60 minute workout today. MFP now shows I have 2320 calories to work with today. If I want to lose weight, how many exercise calories should be eating back into my daily food intake? Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you have your settings correct, you are supposed to eat them all. The 1620 is a NET number and already has your weight loss deficit built into it.0

Agree with the above, however I would say you "can" eat them all, but you don't "need to." As far as I'm concerned, some days I'm under by a couple hundred and some days I'm over by a couple hundred, so hopefully it all averages out.
Also remember, MFP sometimes can overstate the calories burned, so you might want to give yourself a couple hundred calorie cushion, as long as you're not feeling like you're starving yourself and you have enough energy, etc.0 -
All of them, if you believe in the Tooth Fairy and MFP calorie burns.0
