Feeling a little depressed from bursitis...

Well I can't be on my feet for more than 15-20 min the next 3 days and if I get another cortisone shot next Monday it will be the same way. I can not run, jog, twist, or do squats. And even after the 3 day wait periods I have to keep activity to a minimum for 30 days. FML.
