Hey guys and girls, I'm gonna start lifting! problem is...I don't know where to start lol
I'm very new with this. I have lifted before but not properly to actually get me proper results. So I was wondering if any of you guys can give me some routines I can try out as a beginner.

I support this thread. And stronglifts 5x5 or New rules of weight lifting for women is a good place to start0
