Red Devil Stir Fry (easy + fast bachelor meal)

Heat wok on high, coat with olive oil.
Add 1 Tbsp chopped garlic or 1-2 cloves chopped.
Add 1/2 1 red onion chopped, and 1/2 a red cabbage, chopped.
Add 1 cut up hot dog, and 1 cut up morning-star spicy black bean burger.
Add about 1/3 cup frozen peas (right out of the freezer is fine)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 Tbsp sriracha sauce
stir fry it up, and serve with a dollop of light sour cream. I also add dulse flakes to the mix...

Why not use a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables for some color and variety? It's like $1 for a 1lb bag at walmart.0

yeah-- I've done that too-- I would buy a bag of frozen Asian stir-fry veggies. It's all good. The combo of the red cabbage and the paprika and sriracha is really good. I've been using chopped cabbage in place of a starch (rice or noodles) for stir fries.0
