How healthy is my diary?

Any feedback on my diary either today or the past few days etc.. would be great. I'm trying to gain weight bu am trying to do it healthily, e.g by larger portions, adding milk/butter/cheese to things and introducing alot of snacking into my day. Mainly nuts, yoghurts, hummus etc... any tips on how to gain healthy would be appreciated.
