Protein-boosted iced coffee

This drink doesn't have a huge amount of protein, but I'm usually don't get enough protein, so every gram helps! I became mildly addicted to the free espresso machine at work, so this is a way to make it a bit better for my macros.

Ingredients
Espresso shot(s)
Teaspoon of sugar
Lots of ice
Half+ cup of milk
Bit of sugar free or reduced fat french vanilla creamer
Less than a scoop of Trader Joe's Whey Protein (not the most protein dense powder, but it tastes good and mixes well. I don't know how much I use, since I just have a small tupperware bowl full of it at my desk, and I spoon it out)

Steps
Put ice in pint glass

Place sugar on top of ice

Place cup under the espresso maker; use the hot liquid to melt the sugar

Add milk, creamer, protein powder. Stir well

Enjoy!

I also do this...haven't used powder yet, but might as I experiment more.

I do coffee to protein (premier vanilla shake) in the ratio that I like. I also might do some protein shake, some almond milk. I like Trader Joe's unsweetened vanilla in the dairy case (not the shelf stable).

I think there are so many possibilities here though... Adding pumpkin and cinnamon sounds good!
