A little help with calories & MFP settings?

Hey everyone,

I'm struggling with figuring out how many calories a day I should set my limit at on MPF. Ideally, I'd like to have a number and not eat back my exercise calories. I just want it all to be included. I've done my stats on the TDEE calculators and it comes out to 2322. I am a 24 yr old female, 5ft5in and 150 lbs. I exercise 3-5 times per week. Should I plug in the weight I'm aiming for? (135-140) Also, if I am aiming to lose some weight how to do I subtract that from my TDEE?

When it comes to setting carbs, protein and fat how do I decide which numbers are best for me?

    Sibtract 20% from your TDEE. That is what you shouldeat to lose. I have my macros at 40%carbs 30% protein and 30% fat.

    You multiply 2322 by .8 and you get 1857

    Why would I multiply by .8 exactly?
