Some days I have a lot of calories left to consume after dinner and I am looking for suggestions. I am really trying to keep my sugar down. What foods could I eat that are moderate in calories without consuming more sugar?

I reach for popcorn if I have calories and am still hungry after dinner. Orville Redenbacher's 94% fat free is a favorite in my house.

  • PRUNES PRUNES AND MORE PRUNES. As a child my mom force fed them to me to keep me regular. Now at the age of 38 I am eating them all my own. Check it out - do the research. They are one of the only SUPERFRUITS out there. They are good for you in every way! And since i started eating prunes - with exercise - and healthy eating my weight loss has kicked into high gear. I eat 5 to 6 every night right around bed time.

Avoid carbs before bed. They will stick to you! The best food in the evening - protein. You can have turkey or chicken (baked, boiled but not fried).
  • I love the laughing cow cheese!!
  • Thnaks for posting this! I have the same problem...great suggestions!
