Off Skates Training? Core / Upper body help?

I have been skating 2 to 3 times a week for 6 months (roller derby) and it's helped me become stronger, most definitely, but I do not want to plateau. I want to continue to better myself and my muscles. I am looking for good core routines to implement 4-5 days a week. I also am looking for ways to improve and build my upper body strength. Any suggestions, links, etc would be greatly appreciated!

A full body strength program will hit your core, upper body, and improve what you have going on with your lower body, too. Those of us that use our lower bodies, like runners and skaters, sometimes think we don't need the lower body work- but lifting has dramatically improved my running speed. Don't neglect it!
I would try Stronglifts www.stronglifts.com0 -
Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. I've never had a stronger core. This workout program is worth every penny.0

I do derby too, and still in off season at the moment.
I have just started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred which is great, I also mix it up sometimes and do the roller derby work out. I am now biking everywhere as my main form of transport, and I also have PT once a week who is great and helps me with stability etc as I have broken my foot before, and still not 100%
Feel free to add me for support if you would like0
