I am new here, just started last week. Just over three years ago I lost about 30 lbs, I was eating well and exercising regularly and I felt and looked great. Then I was in a car accident and couldn't exercise, gained weight, lost my motivation and then broke my toe and lost more motivation and ended up gaining back all that weight plus some.
So now I'm trying again. I find it hard to stay motivated to exercise but I'm determined to do it again and this time for ME (my motivation the last time was someone else - big mistake!).
Hoping MFP can help me achieve my life/health goals.

It feels so good when you're doing it for yourself!! Good luck. Im motivated by shopping lol :-) i go in the stores and i dont by a thing. I just imagine the new me in all the sexy dresses and skinny jeans. I have about the same amount to lose as you so if you want to add me we can motivate each other. We can do it!!!0
