Hey,
My name is Emma I am 24 years old, I am English and just moved to California. I am a stay at home wife due to visa constraints and I want to use this time off from work to get myself in to shape. I don't have any friends over here so really looking for friends to talk to when I'm having a bad day or who will pat me on the back when I have done good.
I have been overweight all of my adult life and been on every diet you can think of. But it's time to do this for my health now.
