New to the community myself!

Hey everyone,
I'm brand new to the community and website here, but from what I can see so far, this looks like an excellent site to keep track of my weightloss, to eat healthier and to receive support from like-minded individuals.
I already started my weight loss about three weeks ago and am down from 250lbs to 240lbs, so it's a pretty good start if I do say so myself.
There is one issue i'm having trouble with though, which is the fact that on most days I am consuming roughly 300-600 less calories than my net intake and am worried it may come back to bite me in the butt.
I'm by no means starving myself or anything like that, heck, I've eaten five times today alone. But I see my food log and hear other stories about people not eating enough and it makes me begin to worry. Will eating a few hundred calories lower than my net really hurt me?
Any help here is appreciated. On a side note, I really do look forward to spending some of my time with the community here, helping others and vice-versa!

Welcome!, im assuming this means your not eating your exercise cals? i didnt touch my exercise cals for the first 18 months as i was afraid it would slow my weight loss. However now im training so hardout my personal trainer wants me to start eating up to half (still struggling too ...mind set prob!) as he said if say i eat 1250 cals then burn 1250 cals in a day technically im eating nothing cause ive burned it all off! he made sense as id started feeling very light headed after working out. Have upped my cals now and my weight loss seems to still be steady but not having as much trouble with the light headedness now hope that helps !0

Nope, not even close to touching my excercise calories. They're at about 388 a day, and what i need without excercise is about 1850.. As for today, i'm only at about 1400 calories consumed, so i'm really in the hole 450 + my 388 excercise calories.
As for me feeling anything after working out or anything, there is nothing... The only thing i've noticed to be slightly unlike me, is that i'm quite tired at around 8PM, which is quite early for me.0
