Carbivore needing support

I'm addicted to carbs
Can't get enough
Have drank pure maple syrup from the bottle
Have eaten brown sugar straight from the bag
How do I get it under control?

    Cold turkey off of sugar, and stat. No cake, no cookies, no pancakes w/ syrup, and say hello to your new friend Splenda. Replace all white flour products with whole grain (not just whole wheat, but, whole grain). Then, measure and weight ALL your servings, watching your carb intake like a hawk.
    You will feel super tired for about 3 days, your food will taste funny for about a week .... and then one day, very soon (if you do a hardcore revamp) you will wake up, and be able to wake up. Your ravinous hunger will have subsided. Your 10am, 12pm, 2pm, and 4pm slumps will be replaced with a feeling of calm and content. And then, you will step on the scale, and do a happy dance because you've just lost 10lbs of fat and excess fluids.
