My clothes have been fitting looser so I was standing in front of the mirror, holding my shirt up, trying to see if I could see anything different. As soon as I lifted my shirt, there is was...my BELLY BUTTON...lol

My belly button is peaking through...LOL

I see it, already, after only 2.5 lbs lost.. :noway:

What did you first see? Was it in the mirror or on the scale?

Still the scale for me, although I think my double chin is receding...not 100% sure though, need to take a pic for comparison purposes! :D

I didn't even think about taking a pic of my chin. I better do that also. Thank you.

    Cheekbones.
  • It was seeing my neck and my upper belly (above where we measure) that I noticed were smaller. Also, the fit of your clothes changes. I just put on a pair of pants today that I was too big to wear a couple of weeks ago. Yeah!

neck and belly .. I can't tell if I lose or gain even 2 pounds just by looking at them
  • Always the mirror. I don't own a scale and live on the 1st floor of my house. I do have a roommate living on the 2nd floor who owns a scale. Today was the 1st time I've seen it or got on it in who knows how long. However, I got to get naked in front of the mirror, daily, to get into the shower. I usually see from my waist up every morning.

Eventhough I don't weigh myself that often...I'm starting to see my stomach muscles already. I'm not sure I will be able to make it down to 165lbs. I think I'm just too "broad"....

Not the scale, Ive been the same for the most part all month but I have lost a few inches around my body and I can tell when I feel my stomach or my glutes that I am on the path to success ;)
