I was drinking 4 cups of coffee in the morn religiously since I can remember. Since I started to track my Food I am now eating a whole lot healthier. My sleep has improved and I'm now at 2 cups in the morn. I think I needed the other 2 cups because all those extra calories from the day before were weighing me down. I'm happy with this change. What are some of the changes you have noticed by changing your food intake?
