Hi. I joined MFP almost a month ago and have already noticed significant changes, not only a few kg lighter but the amount of energy I now have throughout the day from eating a healthier, more balanced diet. I have scanned the forums regularly and found a lot of extremely useful information that has and will help me reach my goal. I am not in a hurry to lose weight. I think that if I can change my eating habits to a healthier one then the weight will take care of itself. Would love to make some friends on this journey and will be as motivational and supporting as I can.
