I apologize if this has been answered before and i'm sure it has...but, are you supposed to eat all of your calories? and excersie calories? which is more productive in losing weight???

:flowerforyou: Yes, you are - there are some that only eat half of their exercise calories but yes... eat all of your calories and as much of the exercise calories as you can. :flowerforyou: Good luck on your journey! :bigsmile:0

I hate when people ask the same questions over and over...
Just try to eat them when you exercise. If you can't then don't.. and if you feel tired the next day when you do your run... probably means you should have eaten them... Just listen to your body:happy: Thanks! Love you Sis :smooched:
