Gas pains

I've been eating pretty healthy since coming back, the past few days I've had horrible gas pains after everything I eat- it is so bad it wakes me up at night because it causes me chest pains. Any ideas on why? I don't even know where to start on causes, I have been drinking lots of water, varying my choices of foods, and exercising. I was thinking maybe a food sensitivity, but the things I eat aren't new, just healthier and smaller in portion. We also don't eat out as much. I'm confused. Thanks for any ideas you may have.

Have you chained somethign abotu your diet? I get this if i eat things with artifiicaial sweetner (chewing gum, no sugar items) or carbonated drinks (even worse if they are 'diet/no sugar')...

Other culprits could be gasey foods like broccoli beans or even perhaps wheat/dairy if you have an intolerance
