How do I change my carb/protein/fat (etc) goals?

I have seen several posts where someone mentions how they've set their goals to 40/30/30 or something.

I only have the MFP defaults (I think) and I want my protein goal to be higher, and my carb goal to be less, and so on.

How do I do this?

****Nevermind, I figured it out! I had to customize my goals. I did not want 55% carbohydrates for my goal.****
