Hi, my name is Tina and I have been using My Fitness Pal by request of a friend and I am so glad that she showed me this site because I love it! I have a tough time calculating calories because I want to get the best results for the hard training that I do 5 days a week and this has really helped me get on track!
If anyone wants someone to help them stay motivated, I can help with that. I could also use some motivation!! That's what we're all here for right?
