I exercised today and at 11:00pm I still have 348 calories available to eat due to my exercising. Do you eat these extra calories and not? If you don't do you lose weight faster?

I'm wondering this same thing. I haven't been eating back my exercise calories, but I'm wondering if I should. Looking forward to some responses and advice.0

This is how I personally handle exercise calories.
The question you ask yourself would be "Am I still hungry?"
If so, I would eat whatever amount of those calories you have left over that it would take to satisfy you.
If you're not hungry I wouldn't bother.
And yes, you likely would lose weight faster as you are still technically eating at a reduced caloric intake.0 -
ditto ..... :happy:0
