Nutrition Help: Please Critique My Diary

Hey guys,
I started using myfitnesspal on 1/3/13 religiously. I am keeping my calories at or just under my goal, but want to ensure that I am eating ok. My daily routine as you can see by my diary is to have a slim fast shake at breakfast, a lean cuisine for lunch, two snacks throughout the day at about 100 cals each, and then dinner of usually lean meats like chicken or fish with vegetables. I started at about 5'6" at 200 lbs. I am now after 26 days down to 183.8 lbs. I just wanted someone who knows more about this than me to take a look at my diet and let me know if there is something i need to do differently.

Something I try to work on is adding more fresh fruits/veggies, and try to eat something green at every meal. It's great that you are keeping to your calorie goal; the next step is to try to migrate toward unprocessed, fresh food rather than salty frozen food.0
