One more TDEE question

For the people eating at TDEE -20%, are you still losing at 2lbs a week? What calculation would need to be done to get 2lbs a week?

1lb of fat ~= 3500 cals. So over 7 days that's 500 a day.
2lb week loss you'll need 1000 cals day deficit.
Your TDEE would need to be 5000 cals in order to lose 2 lb a week on a -20% deficit.
For most people that's unrealistic. Ie 20% deficit of 1900 TDEE is 380 cals0 -
