  • A little Incubus never hurt anyone! I've got everything on my Ipod from Britney Spears to Michael Jackson from all his decades. lol. I find that my music always suits my mood. whether I'm excited, sad, happy or angry. I suggest Pandora.com. You can insert music you already know you like, and it will suggest others that are similar.
    Happy lifting!

Get some tool on the go, or if you are feeling powerman 5000, try some ultraviolence or maybe something a little cyber-industrial, like combichrist,, skinny puppy (Assimilate!), or maybe some white/rob zombie, NIN etc. If you are in a Pantera mood, change it up for some slayer. Just now I have been listening to a lot of type o negative, I know its pretty girly, but i love it! their song black no1 reminds me of some of the girls I know and so I find it funny. A band that is kinda new, but with an old sound is tame Impala, their song elephant is pretty cool.

Best of luck, hate when you cant think of what you want to listen to!!!

Bit of dragonforce, or symphony x, when im giving it my all on the bike, the pace of the music really helps - sometimes symph x albums have a nice calm start (warm up) and then a heavy fast middle tracks (workout) and a nice calm at the end (cooldown)
