Bariatric Surgery

Hey all,
I got a procedure called the Gastric sleeve done in November, and I'm 36 lbs down. I'm trying to get my nutrition goals set correctly, and I'm having a hard time figuring out percentages. I'm supposed to be on a high protein diet, 64 grams of carbs a day. I'm trying to figure that out into a percent and what my percents for fat and carbs should be? Any suggestions?
