I love this!! it's so funny now how when my husband and I make our shopping list or even when we didn't get to go shopping yet and have to grab something to cook at the store usually we would have just grabbed what we wanted that is very unhealthy and full of calories, but we took extra time to actually read what we were going to get and searched for the healthier lower in calories stuff, and I ended up getting a skillet meal with chicken, pasta, peppers, squash, and zucchini usually I would have eaten the whole bag instead after I cooked it, I measured out a portion, and when I got it on my plate it looked like so much food, I couldn't believe how much my thoughts on food have changed.0
