terrible last three days

Î have had the crap last 3 days, I hurt my leg Saturday and have been over by 200+ a day. I really be need run.

    I'm just here to say the same. Alcohol and curries invaded my weekend. But I'm back on it today. If you've hurt your lower body maybe trying some upper body weights or for cardio do some punches upper cuts and jabs. Gets my heart rate elevated. Maybe a bit of floor work circuit training, crunches, push ups. Go nuts.
