Small, unexpected NSV

Without thinking about it I managed to button up both buttons on my work trousers this morning! (I've hidden the open button with a baggy top, everyday for the last six months!). It took me a few seconds to work out what felt different!

A small NSV, but it's made my day and I felt I should share it

yay good for you. The non scale victories are the most important because the scale is such an unpredictable thing. Best to let your clothes be your guide as you are doing Congrats!!

Not such a small NSV - noticing the difference in how clothes fit is hugely motivating and lifting. That is a great big NSV - well done! :-)
