Just wondered if some of you very knowledgeable people would have an opinion on which of these 2 would be the best diet protein shake to take. I am currently doing Insanity so working out 6 times a week. I am looking to lose fat and gain muscle mass, which is why i'm looking at a diet protein shake as i do not want a heavy loaded calorie one.
Thanks for advice.
Jo

It works, whoop
There any reviews on those products online ? You've probably looked. The promax one I use is only is 2g of fat per serving0 -
I'd go with the one with less sugar/carbs if you're looking for a protein shake, although it's hard to tell which types of protein each are. Share which brand they are, and we can help you even better0

In the picture the one on the left is Maximuscle Promax Diet and on the right is Reflex Diet Protein.

No idea and it's just ordinary Promax, I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed.0
