Which diet protein shake?!

ScreenShot2013-01-29at115631AM_zps7bfca102.png

Just wondered if some of you very knowledgeable people would have an opinion on which of these 2 would be the best diet protein shake to take. I am currently doing Insanity so working out 6 times a week. I am looking to lose fat and gain muscle mass, which is why i'm looking at a diet protein shake as i do not want a heavy loaded calorie one.

Thanks for advice.

Jo

Try http://tinypic.com/ and then put the IMG link in, change to upper or lower case whichever one it isn't when given original link. Well that's what I do anyway.

Uh oh people don't take kindly to diet shakes lol

I'd go with the one with less sugar/carbs if you're looking for a protein shake, although it's hard to tell which types of protein each are. Share which brand they are, and we can help you even better :)

No idea and it's just ordinary Promax, I don't see why that wouldn't be allowed.
