Hi everyone,
I wonder if I could get some advice/opinions on diet. I started a fitness plan at the beginning of January - this consisted of reducing my calorie intake to 1400 accompanied with a 20 - 40 minute cardio/strength combo 5 days a week.
At first, it was going well but the last 10 days or so my weight seems to be fluctuating and I think I am retaining water. Is it too early to expect consistent results?
I started drinking more water and today am starting to cut down on carbs - do you think this will help? I have lost about 6 pounds since I started. My body is responding well to exercise and clothes are fitting much better but my problem area, which I can't seem to fix, is my belly.
Any pointers? Thanks : )
