Please don't waste your money on any of these "clinics". I have blown literally thousands of dollars on diets and weight loss programs. None ever did anything to teach me how to live and eat for long term success.
Eat at a reasonable deficit from your TDEE, choose healthy foods, but don't deprive yourself of the occasional treat, and stay active. You can and will be successful if you stick to it. If you have problems losing, perhaps a visit to your physician to check for thyroid or other metabolic issues or a referral to a Registered Dietitian.
For the simplest was to find a calorie goal, go to www.fat2fit.com/bmr Enter you info and read the details for how and why it makes the suggestion it does.0
