I want to join.........just bought my pedometer....have a omron simple one....
2/13....4696 steps ....just at work, no exercise...
2/14....8200 steps. ...work and went to basketball game
2/15... 7646 steps at work
2/16....8665 steps at work and the day ...next week goal to get that exerise in...10000 steps here i come wanted to see how many i did in a normal day...
2/17... 4696 steps..did nt wear it when we went out to dinner
2/18 ..9092....woohoo 3244 aerobic, did a walking tape doing 2 miles
