I was wondering what supplements everyone is taking during their weight loss journey, (ie, Vitamin B-12, special teas, powders, etc)

    I'm taking 5HTP and women's weight loss daily vitamin.

    I did a google search one day with something like "which vitamins should i take? I came across a quiz to determine what would be good for me based on my health. The result was fish oil caplets (omega3), b-complex, magnesium/calcium supplement combined, and a woman's multi-vitamin, so that's what I am taking. I needed to start somewhere! Not so much for weight loss, but for general nutrition. I am not taking any weight loss supplements.

    7500 Mcg Vitamin B-12,
    25 Mg DHEA,
    Equate Men's multi vitamin,
    400 Mcg Chromium Picolonate,
    1000 Mg Omega 3 fish oil.

    I don't take anything for weight loss, muscle building, or energy. I do take:

    multivitamin
    prescription fish oil

    Omega 3
    Protein Shakes
    L-Glutamine
    Caffein Pills (instead of coffee since I load my coffee with cream and sugar)
  • the only thing I take is a couple of scoops of benefibre weight management because I find it hard to get in enough fibre just through food
