Here for motivation and support!

I started back up January 4th committed this time that I will lose- it will be 4 weeks on Friday that I have returned; if I lose 0.6 pounds it will have been a pound a week, but I have done it in such a healthy way and not depriving myself of anything- just moderation… and cardio. And if I don't those the 0.6 pounds to get me my 4 pounds in a month- I will lose it next month!! :)
