Weight Loss help please.

I am a 22 year old female, 5 foot 2 inches and weigh 137lbs. I would like advice on how to lose weight to my goal which is 112lbs. I walk just under 4 miles 4 days a week and also do a 20 minute exercise 6 days a week. Currently i do not think i am eating enough calories usually ranging between 600-800 calories net. I dont know what to eat to increase my calories to help with weight loss. Could someone help me please?

You are going to get a variety of answers here, but I'd say make sure you're getting sufficient protein and add weight training. If you want to be slender, strong and allowed to eat the food you like (within reason), that is the way to go.

If you think you are not eating enough calories, you can add in calorie dense items to your diet including nuts, peanut butter, avocados, higher fat milk products, cheese, cook with olive oil. There are lots of ways to increase the amount of calories without increasing the volume of food (if you're finding yourself full all of the time).
I second reading the in place of a road map. Since you are already at a normal body weight for your height (and you're obviously not happy with how your body looks), I'd concentrate more on body composition and body fat percentage versus weight. Here's a very good read:
