It has been a crazy weight loss journey for me for the last 2 year. I have lost 100 lbs thus far and want to lose about 25 more. I have gotten the workout thing down, and the mentality has changed, but food is and may always be an area i can improve and learn more. Looking for people who know about "macros" and nutrition for help and tips. Also, as i said motivation is a 2 way street, so any one that need motivation, feel free to reach out. I am always willing to answer questions.
