My name is Rachel, I'm new to dieting and working out. I never really had to before but now after having 2 kids I need to get in shape. Not looking to lose so much in pounds, but more in inches and tightening up. My goal is 1200 cal per day and I'm starting the 30 day shred today! Wish me luck! Anyone in the same boat as me and wanna be buds?
