I change it up all the time based on what I have in the fridge/freezer, but typically it consists of the following:
    Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    Orange Juice
    Banana

Then I'll add in different frozen or fresh berries or an antioxidant smoothie pack (brand: Sambazon, found at Whole Foods)

    Nonfat-lowfat greek yogurt.
    unsweetened almond milk
    A banana or berries
Add some carrots and baby spinach. I try to have less sugar in mine but a lil fruit goes a long way and you can't taste the veggies at all.

It won't look appetizing but it will taste good.
  • this is my fav go to smoothie.

    1 whole banana, frozen
1 cup 1%milk or almond milk
    ½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

blend until smooth. i also plain greek yogurt some times

My favorite has 208 calories and is as follows,

    2 cup spinach
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen dark cherries
    1 medium apple, cored
    1/4 cup 100% pomegranate juice
    1/4 cup water
Blend till smooth. I sometimes use raspberries, or strawberries in place of the blueberries,
  • I've been making this one a few times a week:

    1 medium banana
    4oz OJ
    3/4 cup frozen pineapple
    4oz Nonfat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    ice as needed

All together it comes to 318 calories but I split it 75/25 with my kids so my portion is 238 calories. I enjoy this one but am looking for some new ideas too.

    I have two favourites!

1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Chai
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 tsp maca powder
    1 frozen banana
    1 tsp espresso
1/2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
Blend together, then add 1 tbsp cacao nibs and slightly blend so they aren't completely broken down (kinda tastes like there are chocolate chips in your smoothie!)

1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Chai
    1/4 cup pumpkin puree
    1 tsp maple syrup!
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Generous amount of pumpkin spice blend
    Ice (optional)
    Blend :)
