Supper and evening snack for under 477 calories??

Help! I'm heading to the gym tonight with a friend, and then sitting back to have dinner (at home) and a couple of drinks. But here's the thing - I only have 477 calories. I've already put my workout into MFP, and it's not a lot of caories burned because tonight it's a warm up and weight training (I really need to weight train to get the lbs off - my body responds better that way).

Any thoughts or tips?

  • have a huge grilled chicken salad...fill it up with as many veggies as you want. If you like beer I think Corona only has about 90 calories

    grill a 4.oz chicken breast - 120cals

    Generic - Broccoli Cole Slaw, 2 cup 50cal
    Kraft - Coleslaw Dressing, 1 tbsp - 55cal
    Generic - Raw Walnuts, 1 tbsp - 41 cal
    California Seedless -1tbsp - 33 cal

    1 cup sliced strawberries with 4 tbsp cool whip free - 79cal

    Total - 378 - you have some left over! :D (you could add a bbq sauce to your chicken!)

    my normal dinner is 4oz chicken breast a serving of brown rice and a serving of veggies which usually totals out to be about 320cals

    or if i really want to go low cal for dinner, like i did last night I eat a serving of shrimp with double steamed veggies which is like 200 cals

    A tuna fish sandwich is decent on calories, depending on the type of bread you use.
