I'm so sorry for bombarding you guys with these questions but I really want to make sure I do this correctly. Ok so I sorted out my BMR and mt TDEE.
My BMR is 1740 and my TDEE is slightly over 2400. I have set my calorie intake to 1750 to start with (please let me know if this is safe).
Do I eat my excersise calories or no? I need to get this right lol

If you are setting your calories to 10 above your BMR, you better eat back your exercise calories.0
