cross-training plan

I want to be in shape in many different ways: cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility. In addition, I would like to lose 15-20 pounds.

If only I had unlimited time! Here is my plan...let me know what you think:

Soccer 1-2x/week
New Rules of Lifting for Women 2x/week
Yoga at least 1x/week
Spin class at least 1x/week
Running at least 1x/week

Sleep deprivation, here I come!
