how do you log this on exercise?

I would log it under cardio and probably add up the minutes walking and the minutes running and log as separate activities.0

I started day one today. I logged it under cardio as my own exercise. I'm also using the app which tells me my time distance and calories burned.0

Wear a HRM and log the cals as a separate C25K entry that I created myself0

This, but if you can get a HRM watch with a chest strap, you'll know exactly what you burned!I would log it under cardio and probably add up the minutes walking and the minutes running and log as separate activities.0

I logged it under my own exercise and use the info from my HRM.0

I run on the treadmill and it gives me the amount of calories I burn...it's not exact science though. Your best bet is a HRM. If you run outside, I believe there is a running app that will also give you an estimate calorie burn.0

I use C25K and Nike Running together. Nike gives me the distance and calories burned. You can also link Nike it to your Facebook account and whenever you start a run, it posts something on FB then you hear cheers/applause when someone likes that post. It is invigorating whenever you hear the cheers and support of your FB friends -- gives you that extra boost :happy:0

I use endomondo which you can connect to mfp so it will log your results straight away
look at the apps section

I would log it as intervals.0

Use Endomondo and a HR monitor (and a Fitbit). Works great. Exercises automatically upload since they all interconnect.0

^^This until I got a Heart Rate Monitor and logged it as my own exercise in cardio.0 -
