I have just started this and I was wondering what vitamins I should take?

You should be getting enough vitamins and minerals through your diet. But, a good quality multivitamin, as well as an omega3 supplement, is a good insurance policy for when you don't.0

This. On top of that I also take iron and D, but those are on my doctor's orders since my last blood test showed those as being low.0 -
It's totally an individual thing. Are you noticing a particular trend in your diet, i.e. not enough iron, not enough calcium? It also depends on your particular situation, are you planning to have (more?) children? Do you eat meat products?
There are a bunch of other lifestyle factors that might play into it, no one here can really tell you exactly what you need. You should talk to your doctor or a nutritionist.0
